Jason Hoss
I help organizations assess whether their continuity and recovery plans will work under pressure, and how to use AI in operations with appropriate oversight.
My experience spans disaster recovery, business continuity, and crisis response in healthcare, shared services, and education. This includes work at a large academic medical center, where recovery decisions affect patient safety, and in public education during COVID-19. I focus on whether plans are practical, responsibilities are clear, and teams are prepared to respond when disruptions occur.
On the AI side, I serve on the board of Disaster Recovery Journal and its AI in Resilience Advisory Council, and I am a guest lecturer at MIT on the intersection of AI and business resilience. I speak regularly on AI in continuity and crisis work around the globe. I can offer an independent second opinion on recovery readiness, resilience priorities, and the considerations to review before introducing AI into operational processes.
