Initial virtual consult and coaching session.

Something is keeping you stuck. You probably already know that. What's harder to see is the belief or pattern underneath it.

We identify the learned unconscious patterns and beliefs that are keeping you stuck, and we work with the body through nervous system regulation and somatic practice, so the shift isn't just intellectual.

My goal in each session is to help you see more clearly where you are keeping yourself from becoming more free, and give you the tools to be able to create embodied change.
