Jazzworth.Works
Hi! Looking to book with @jazzworth.Works? Here's my booking policy for Tattoo Appointments,
a quick read before we lock things in:
- DEPOSIT: A non-refundable ($50 deposit for tattoos and $25 for tooth gems) via Venmo (@jazzworth_works) or Cash App ($jazzworthworks) confirms your spot, and it's applied to your total. Your appointment isn't held until the deposit is received.
- PRICING: $155/hr, $135 minimum. If you would like a time estimate, please ask.
- RESCHEDULING: Need to move it? Just give me 48 hours' notice, you'll recieve one free reschedule, after that a new deposit is required. No-call/no-shows forfeit the deposit.
- DESIGNS: I don't send design previews ahead of the appointment.
- DAY OF: Please arrive on time. 18+ with valid ID required, a full belly and highly hydrated.
Once you've read through, choose your appointment type below (Tattoo, Tooth Gem or Consult) and we'll go from there. Can't wait to tattoo you!
💎 Tooth Gem Appointment 💎
The time needed for a tooth gem may vary, so reaching out to @jazzworth.works on IG may give you a more accurate appointment length. Jazmin will also adjust the time on the calendar if needed. NO TOOTH GEM APPOINTMENT IS CONFIRMED UNTIL: The $25 deposit has been placed to her Venmo or Cashapp. Please arrive knowing that eating 2 hours after a tooth gem application is NOT advised and with teeth brushed 😁
