• Answer any questions you have about my services, availability, or how we can work together.

There is absolutely no pressure or obligation to book—just a supportive conversation to see if I am a good match for your family.

This is a full hour dedicated entirely to you, your recovery, and your baby. We will use this time to dive deep into whatever area your postpartum experience needs the most right now.
