- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address), `attendeePhoneNumber` (Mobile), `party-size` (How many people are getting ready, including you?)
- Optional fields: `notes` (Anything else Jess should know?), `guests` (Add guests), `allergies` (Any allergies or skin sensitivities?)
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
- `location` is required: `location.address` is the attendee’s own.
