Bring Pictures or a Screen to Share!

You share your screen or pictures of your physical board. Together we look at what's going on...what's moving, what's stuck, what's missing entirely. Most people discover they have more invisible work than they realized, and that their board is telling a story they haven't read yet. You leave knowing exactly what to fix and why.

Bring your goals, current tasks, tools, and a rough sense of what a typical week looks like. We'll map what's competing for your attention, design a board that fits your real workflow, set honest WIP limits, and get the system live before the session ends. You leave with a working kanban and the understanding to maintain and evolve it yourself.

We meet with people to learn, to build, or to decide. Most meetings just talk and don't reach a resolution. We discuss how you are currently using meetings ... who's in them, what happens, and what doesn't. We identify which meetings are actually decisions, which are status theater, and which ones are just anxiety in calendar form. You leave with a redesigned meeting cadence and a Lean Coffee or structured facilitation format you can use immediately.

Visual management isn't easy. Even we find ourselves looking at our work and our boards and something feels off. We want a gut-check with someone we can trust. We look at your board, talk through your practice, and I tell you honestly what's working, what's a common misread, and where you've invented something extraordinary. Think of it as a check-in with the source. (This can also be Hey! I'm doing this right! If you just want to talk about what you've created and how cool it is and how to improve it.)

You're using AI tools — maybe several — and you're not sure if they're actually making your work better or just faster-feeling. We map where AI is touching your workflow, look at what it's producing vs. what it's costing in review, rework, and invisible WIP. You leave knowing where AI is genuinely accelerating your flow and where it's creating new bottlenecks you haven't named yet.

In the first, we map your current state — how work actually flows from request to delivery, where it slows down, who's waiting on whom, and where the real waste and pain is hiding. In the second session, we design the future state: what the process looks like without the waste, and what small experiments you can run immediately to get there. Ensure you are populating it with real project data, team commitments, blockers, problem solving, and decision-relevant information. In the second session (after a sprint or work cycle), we review how the room performs and what you need to let is truly evolve. You leave with a living management system, not a one-time setup. In the first, we loot at what your current strengths and challenges are in leading groups to complete work, solve problems, and act quickly in the face of change. We look at what your days and weeks look like when you're leading visually and how that would impact what you review, what you broadcast, what decisions you make explicit, and how your team knows what you know. We make the invisible work of leadership legible. In the second session, we check in after you've lived it for a cycle: what stuck, what felt forced, and what needs to be adjusted.
