# "Am I Doing This Right?" with Jim Benson

> Visual management isn't easy. Even we find ourselves looking at our work and our boards and something feels off. We want a gut-check with someone we can trust. We look at your board, talk through your practice, and I tell you honestly what's working, what's a common misread, and where you've invented something extraordinary. Think of it as a check-in with the source. (This can also be Hey! I'm doing this right! If you just want to talk about what you've created and how cool it is and how to improve it.)
