About the job:

  • Full-Time Position (40 hours per week)
  • 100% remote and async-first environment
  • This is a crucial position with high skill requirements and high impact

What you'll do:

  • Improve performance of existing API endpoints and UI
  • Identify areas lacking of good caching and improve upon them
  • Work on complex timezone logic, availability blocking and calendar APIs
  • Manage complete software development from conception to deployment
  • Manage end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications
  • Oversee the automated testing and provide feedback during the development process

Who you are:

  • You feel comfortable jumping into complex topics immediately
  • Good understanding of SQL and performance optimisations ideally experienced with Prisma
  • A self-starter who works well independently as well as interdependently in a remote environment
  • A motivated person who enjoys working on complex technical problems who does not need to be micro-managed
  • Someone who is looking to grow with us and our product

Your skills and background:

  • Ample knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design
  • Strong ability to work in an asynchronous environment
  • Strong communication skills, specifically in a remote work environment
  • Very strong English Fluency (written and spoken)
