The meeting invite will include a Teams link for a video call. If you would prefer something other than a video call on Teams, please let me know.

If you wish to use this time for Coaching, please decide what you would like to focus on, (e.g. My career; progression; my relationship with X) and what would be a helpful outcome of the coaching session, (e.g. I would like to be clear on next steps; feel more confident/empowered).

I don't need a great deal of context, you understand all the details and my job is to help you in the process of thinking about this topic. Which means I won't be giving you advice but helping to free up your thinking and create more options for you moving forward.

If you'd like to discuss Coaching more generally, and how it might help you work towards your goals, that is also very welcome. Please consider what your main challenges are and we can explore how Coaching could help address those.
