Everything in the common area clean, plus 5 bedroom(s) with their bathroom(s) at $35 each.
Bedroom: floor vacuumed and mopped, reachable surfaces dusted, closet floor, rod and empty shelves, door, handle, switches and baseboards wiped, window and sill, trash out.
Bathroom: toilet inside and out, sink, faucet, counter and mirror, shower or tub, floor mopped, cabinet fronts, trash out.
Never included: laundry, folding clothes, making beds, moving furniture. I never touch personal belongings like watches and jewelry. Drawers, shelves and closets are cleaned inside when empty. Ones with clothes or personal items stay closed and I wipe the outside, so empty anything you want cleaned inside. Kitchen drawers are always fine.
