Dr. Justin T. Smith is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic sports surgeon and Founder of Journey Orthopaedic Institute (JOI), a physician-owned direct specialty care practice serving Fort Mill and the South Charlotte region. He specializes in sports injuries, joint preservation, and biologic reconstruction, with advanced expertise in complex knee, shoulder, and hip conditions. Dr. Smith has extensive experience as a team physician providing sports coverage for athletes (past affiliations available upon request).
