Katharina Julia Brenner

I’m Katharina, founder and PhD researcher in cellular agriculture at TUM. My focus lies in deep tech solutions for scalable biomanufacturing, combining process modeling, automation, and circular design. I founded a cross-disciplinary non-profit to accelerate next-generation bioinfrastructures. With experiences from Cambridge, Stanford, TUM, LMU, and CDTM, I work at the intersection of science, technology, and systems innovation.
