We kick off Monday with a 30-minute video call to connect and set our focus for the week. From there you have a private channel in my Discord server. When something comes up — a decision, a conversation, a dream, a moment of doubt — you message me. I'll send back what I'm picking up as you move through it in real time. About 30-60 minutes of my focused attention each day, but spread across the week in the moments that matter.
