# Trust Your Knowing - In-person workshop with Kelly Pasztor

> You're signing up for a 2 hour, in-person workshop where you'll learn the language that your own intuition speaks, you'll get hands on practice in a safe environment with really cool humans and you'll walk away with some activities you can do to continue to practice. You will receive a beautiful journal and a pen and you will be entered into the raffle for the intuition care package. If you bring a friend, you'll receive an extra raffle entry! Bring your openness to experience, a personal object that has some meaning for you (we use this in one of the activities) and a waterbottle.
