- Required fields: `name` (お名前), `email` (予約確認用のメールアドレス), `attendeePhoneNumber` (折り返し先の電話番号), `notes` (鍵の症状・相談内容), `municipality` (作業予定の市区町村)
- Optional fields: none
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
- `location` is required: `location.phone` is the attendee’s own.
- A successful response is a pending booking request.
