WHAT TO EXPECT: - Arrive 15 minutes early to change and meet your instructor - Wear comfortable athletic clothing with long pants - Training is barefoot on the mat (bring slippers for off-mat) - Class structure: Warm-up → Ki Development → Aikido techniques → Breathing/Meditation NEW TO MARTIAL ARTS? Perfect! Beginners receive an introductory session explaining the fundamentals. You'll work at your own pace in a supportive, non-competitive environment. No experience necessary.
