Das Gespräch findet online über Zoom statt und ist absolut kostenlos & unverbindlich. -------------------------------------------- In this first 30-minute introductory call, we will look together at your themes and what is currently on your mind. You will have space to share your concerns, ask questions, and get to know me and the way I work. I will give you first insights into my approach – including body-oriented techniques for nervous system regulation, as well as elements from Somatic Experiencing (trauma therapy) and Gestalt therapy – to help you better understand my work and your situation. Together we will then explore what you might need and whether a further collaboration would feel supportive and aligned. Here you can choose a suitable time for our introductory session. The conversation takes place online via Zoom and is completely free and without obligation.
