My work integrates Somatic Experiencing®, complex trauma therapy, NARM™ (NeuroAffective Relational Model) for complex relational, attachment, and developmental trauma, Gestalt Therapy, Polyvagal Theory & nervous system regulation, as well as Psychological Yoga Therapy. Today, I support people on their journey from overwhelm, chronic tension, or emotional numbness toward greater connection, clarity, and self-trust. Before we meet in person, you have the chance of a first 30-minute introductory call. This mostly takes place online via Zoom - completely free and without obligation.
