Once booked, you'll receive a structured intake form to complete (housing status, savings, lifestyle needs, timeline, target city, etc.) This will give me the information I need to conduct my research.

The outcome is a highly-custom data-backed Relocation Blueprint delivered to you (and your company if the service is provided by your company) within 48 hours.

Once you've received your Relocation Blueprint, we'll walk you through the data-driven recommendations (market snapshots, cost of living, financing pathways, relocation budget, etc.)

We can review any assumptions made in the plan and dial in the next actionable steps, including any warm handoffs for referral you elect. There may be a need for multiple deep dives, and joint calls with any referral partners, and that's okay.

The goal during this stage is to make you feel comfortable and confident your relocation.

It doesn't stop after you move - once you're moved in, we can go over your experience, surface any new home service needs (handyman, cleaner, etc.) and understand how we can better serve you and others moving forward.
