The goal of this 30-minute kickoff is to get your technical foundation set up so we can start building your web and mobile apps immediately.

Agenda:

1. The Keys: We will set up your admin access and configure your custom domain (app.community/your-name).
2. The Look: We’ll finalize your branding (Logo, Color Palette, and Home Screen design).
3. The Plan: We will set the exact date for your "Soft Launch" to your first 10 members.

Homework (Please have these ready):

• A high-quality version of your logo (transparent PNG preferred).
• The Hex codes for your brand colors (if you have them).
• A list of the first 5 channels/categories you want in the app.

1. Questions: how a feature works, or the best way to set something up.

2. Brainstorming: content ideas, events, and ways to grow or earn.

3. Feedback: a post, your shop, your home screen, or your launch plan.

4. Unblocking: anything slowing down you or your members.

Note: This is a working session with the founder. Come with a specific goal so we can make progress on the call.
