Appointment & Payment Policies
- Appointments are released on a limited rolling basis. If you do not see a suitable opening, you may join our shared waitlist. Waitlist openings are not held until confirmed.
- Appointment requests must be submitted by the end of the preceding business day and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notice.
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a fee equal to 50% of the session price. No-shows will also incur a 50% fee.
- Late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time, and appointments are billed according to their scheduled length.
- Payment is due at the time of your appointment. Cash, Venmo, Apple Cash, and credit or debit cards are accepted. A $5 cash discount applies.
