45 min meeting with Kristie Dutt over Google Meet. We map where the admin hours actually go, and you leave with a value snapshot: hours a week, and what that is worth a year. Bring your own business, or a client you have in mind if you advise others. If there is nothing worth building, I will tell you. Nothing to prepare. A rough sense of who does what in the office, and which jobs take the most time, is plenty. If you happen to know roughly what an hour of admin time costs the business, bring that too; if not we will work it out on the call. Remote by default, so where you are does not change what it costs or how fast it lands.
