- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address), `notes` (What's prompting you to book this call?)
- Optional fields: `attendeePhoneNumber` (Phone number), `What-would-you-most-like-support-with` (What would you most like support with?), `How-did-you-hear-about-me` (How did you hear about me?)
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
