Cancellation Policy:

24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment): A late cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will apply. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients.
No-Shows: For appointments missed without any prior notice, the full service fee will be charged. We encourage all clients to inform us as soon as possible if they cannot make their appointment.
