This is a reminder that your 90-Minute New Client Session with Laura Lea Cavopol is tomorrow, {EVENT_DATE} at {EVENT_TIME}.

Please read through this entire email so you come prepared your first session!

Intake Form: I ask that ALL clients complete this intake form before their first session with me. If you haven't already, please do your best to complete this form before your session.

Location & Parking Instructions: My practice is located in my home at 204 Harpeth Wood Drive. Please park on the right side of the street just beyond (i.e., downhill from) my driveway/mailbox. Please do not park on the street before (i.e., uphill from) my driveway/mailbox. My neighbors thank you!

What to Wear: Please try to wear comfortable clothing to your session, and avoid wearing jeans if possible!

Additional Notes: There is no need to arrive early for your session - please arrive at the appointed time. When you arrive, please do not ring the doorbell. Our sweet hound will be tucked away in a bedroom, but the sound of the doorbell would have her barking for minutes on end! I will be on the lookout for you and let you in as soon as you arrive.

Please know that you will need to walk down our very short but steep driveway to get to our front porch and front door. Additionally, my treatment room is down a full flight of stairs. If you have concerns about your ability to safely get down the driveway or stairway, please send me an email and we'll figure out a solution!
