Independent work (Weeks 1–2)
You implement the agreed changes:

CV / portfolio / pitch updates
Job search adjustments
Preparation work based on the session

This is self-driven execution — not daily check-ins.

Session 2 in week 3 — Checkpoint & Calibration (60 min)
We review progress, address blockers, and refine:

What’s working
What needs adjustment
What to prioritise next

This keeps momentum without micromanagement.

Independent work (Weeks 3–4)
You continue executing with clearer focus and fewer second guesses.

Session 3 in week 5 — Final Review & Readiness (60 min)
We do a final pass on:

Overall positioning
Key assets (CV, portfolio, pitch — prioritised)
Interview or application readiness

You leave knowing what to do next and how to evaluate yourself going forward.
