HOW THE HOUR GOES (60 min, phone or video)

• ~5 min — welcome and what this is / isn't

• ~45 min — you lead: mostly listen, ask questions, or help organize your thinking

• ~10 min — a simple close. We end on time.

At least 24 hours' notice, please, using the link in your confirmation email. One late cancel is forgiven per person; after that, late cancels and no-shows aren't refunded.

A 30-minute first visit for $5 to see if Listen First fits you. Private listening by phone or video. Not therapy, counseling, coaching, or crisis care.

Founding members: the first 10 people to book this first visit become founding members. After your $5 visit, your second visit (60 min) is a $15 welcome price, and we send you a private link within 24 hours. After that, founding members pay $25 per session for 6 months from your first visit, then $40 per session for good. Regular price is $60.

Keeping your place: book at least once every 60 days. If your place lapses, your remaining $25 months pause, and you can pick up where you left off if a founding place is still open when you return. Once all 10 places are filled, founding rates are closed.
