£350 initial implementation fee
£120/month for 12 months ongoing support
Support contract is renewable annually at £120/month (no additional implementation fee)

If the first meeting is cancelled, I'll refund the initial implementation payment
If on-going monthly support is no longer required, the annual fee for 12 months cannot be refunded.
