# 30 minute Energy Healing Session with Theresa Stone

> Thank you for booking a 30-Minute Energy Healing Session! I’m grateful to support your body, mind, and spirit in softening, recalibrating, and receiving what it most needs. This session is designed to help your system unwind, restore flow, and shift into deeper alignment. To ensure you receive the fullest benefit, please arrive prepared and receptive. Preparing for Your Online (Distance) Session Please choose a comfortable place to lie down. About 10–15 minutes before your session, ensure that you have: A cozy setup — blanket, pillow, tissues, anything that supports comfort. A quick bathroom break already done. Water nearby. An intention for what you’d like to receive. You may simply hold: “May I receive whatever is for my highest good—body, mind, and spirit—on every level, in every direction, time, and space. Thank you.” Soothing music ready, if you prefer to have music playing. A quiet, interruption-free space for the duration of the session. Note: It is completely normal to fall asleep during an energy healing session. For all online sessions, I will send you an email once your session is complete with a recorded audio recap of anything that came up. For all in-person sessions, I will gently wake you once the session is complete. You are also welcome to record the session on your own device for any in-person sessions. Preparing for Your In-Person Session All of the above applies, with these additions: • I can provide a massage table, gravity chair, or we can use another comfortable spot in your space, such as a couch, chair, or floor setup. • I will provide relaxing music, or you’re welcome to use your own playlist if preferred.
