We're here for you! There will never be any judgement, just practical and helpful advice.

Please note, any provided documents or photos will be reviewed and discussed within the allotted time. If you have full records or lengthy laboratory results for review, please schedule a Comprehensive Consult to assure your needs are met.

This is a close as it gets to an in-person referral experience with the full support veterinarians need to confidently manage their dermatology cases.
Send us your clinic records, photos, and laboratory test results. (We kindly request at least 48 hours to review submitted records.) Dr. McFadden will review the submitted materials, and then we'll meet for up to 30 minutes via video or phone to discuss the case. We'll cover differential diagnoses, diagnostic testing, treatment options, answer your questions, and develop a plan customized for your patient.

Following our video or phone call, you'll get a formal written treatment plan as soon as it's available, typically within 48 hours Monday through Friday. You'll also receive 14 days of complimentary vet-to-vet email communication for questioons that may arise as you execute the discussed treatment plan.

For full review of extensive medical records, there will be an additional fee at the rate of $50 per each additional 15 minutes of review time. We'll let you know if additional time will be needed to review records that were sent before you're charged.

Veterinarians, use this link if you prefer to have your question answered via email, rather than a video or phone call. You will still schedule an appointment, and this date/ time will be the latest you would receive back a reply. This option is best for single or simple questions. Short case consults may be possible, particularly if you have a specific single question regarding the case. With this option, you are paying for 15 minutes of the dermatologist's time to review any submitted records, text, photos, etc., as well as their time spent composing an email reply. Follow up email questions may be possible, if there is any time remaining. If more time is needed, additional time blocks are available for purchase.
