Over three 60-minute sessions, we move intentionally—creating space to explore deeper what you are navigating in your life. This container allows patterns, emotions, and insights to unfold over time, rather than trying to resolve everything in a single session.

Across seven 60-minute sessions, we explore what you are moving through in your life and along your soul path—allowing insight, emotion, and awareness to emerge gradually rather than all at once. This journey is especially supportive during periods of transition, ancestral work, grief, or inner awakening.

Each session is guided by heart-centered practices that may include:
