Book your individual recording session for the management overview video. We'll meet on Zoom, and a member of the VANNAM team will walk you through everything: framing, a sound check, and a quick run-through before we hit record. Your talking points will be provided by the Capstone team ahead of time, so all you need to do is show up ready to speak to your section.

Plan for the full session length. Your segment will only run 5 to 10 minutes in the final video, but the extra time gives us room for setup, multiple takes, and pickups without rushing. Nothing is live and anything can be re-recorded, so there's no pressure to be perfect.

BEFORE YOUR SESSION

- Review your talking points and have them printed or on a second screen

- Use a laptop or desktop (not a phone), plugged into power, with Zoom updated

- Restart your computer beforehand and close any unneeded apps

YOUR SPACE

- Choose a quiet, private room where you won't be interrupted. Close the door, silence your phone, and turn off notifications

- Face a window or a lamp so your face is evenly lit. Avoid sitting with a bright window behind you

- Raise your camera to eye level (a laptop stand or a stack of books works) and frame yourself from the chest up

- Keep the background clean and professional: a tidy office or neutral wall is perfect. No virtual backgrounds, please

- Use wired internet if possible, or sit close to your router

WHAT TO WEAR

- Solid, mid-tone colors film best

- Avoid thin stripes, small checks, busy patterns, and large logos
