Hi, I’m Lucy! I’m a fractional marketing and community strategist, working with founders, teams, and early-stage companies to grow, engage, and activate audiences in ways that actually feel good (and work).

My background spans retention, partnerships, content, and community building, with a focus on creative, human-first marketing.

Outside of work, I’m a mom, an outdoor enthusiast, and a bit of a nerd about both early-stage business strategy and homegrown wellness.

I love helping people clarify ideas, find momentum, and build things that have real connection at the core.

Founder Gut Check

A focused, collaborative session to help you gain clarity and momentum on a specific challenge or decision you’re working through as a founder.

How it works
- Before we meet, I’ll send over a short onboarding form where you can share context and goal.

- I’ll review your responses and do research ahead of our call.

- We’ll meet for a 40-60 minute strategy session to dig in, brainstorm, and map out next steps.

- After our call, you’ll receive a brief summary document with notes, recommendations, and suggested next actions.

- I’m also available for light async follow-up (DMs, voice notes, email) on anything related to the topic we covered.

Once we've had your first Gut Check, you're welcome to book future sessions as needed — whether it’s a quick check-in or a deeper working session.
