Luigi Corsaro

I help clinical genomics and epigenomics teams take analysis that works in research and make it reproducible, validated and ready to be handed over, across WGS, NGS, DNA methylation and EWAS. My background pairs a PhD in Genomic Data Science with 30 years of risk-critical systems engineering. Bring a pipeline that only one person understands, research code that needs to become a system, or a team that needs someone to own the interfaces. In this call we will scope the gap and outline the technical path forward.
