Free (optional) - A short 15min discovery call to find out more about Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, what you would like to get from sessions and whether it is likely to be suitable for you. Discovery calls are optional and an Initial Consultation must be completed before sessions can start.

60min Initial Consultation to understand what you would like to get out of your sessions, an explanation of how the brain works and how Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can help.

£35 - Follow up sessions following an initial consultation - existing clients only.
