Interview
30 min meeting with madeofzero over Google Meet. Thanks for applying to work with madeofzero. [READ THIS FIRST] --- Here’s what we’re about: ✓ Small, mighty team: We’re capping the team at 6–8 people. Each of us is here because we genuinely care about our craft—dev, design, ops, or beyond. ✓ Good enough isn’t enough: We aim higher than what’s expected. If you love pushing boundaries and doing more than the bare minimum, you'll fit right in. ✓ Show up and figure it out: Most times, we don’t fully know what we’re building—but we figure it out together. If you don’t vibe with collaboration and responsibility, this isn’t your place. ✓ Scary is exciting: We take on work others avoid. That means failing, learning, trying again. Hunger and resilience matter here. ✓ Work steady, not frantic: No burnout culture. We work smoothly and consistently—but when shit hits the fan, we’re all in. ✓ You break it, you fix it: Own your mistakes. Fix them. Learn out loud. ✓ We lead with care: Our manifesto of 'Care' is simple: care deeply about the work, the people, and the impact. That’s our baseline. If this sounds like you, we’re excited to connect.
