# 50 minute initial assessment session with Madison Jacoby

> The first session is an opportunity for us to meet properly. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly what you want to say. We'll talk about what has brought you to therapy, what's feeling hardest right now, and what you're hoping things might look like on the other side. It's also a chance for you to ask me anything you want to know about how I work. There's no pressure to commit to anything beyond that first session. If you decide to commit to ongoing therapy, we'll check in regularly to make sure therapy is feeling useful and right for you.
