Virtual Site Assessment & Project Scoping (Refundable)*

Save on travel fees and get an engineering-led estimate. This session allows us to remotely inspect your heating or plumbing systems, assess the scope of work, and provide a technical plan for on-site labour or parts. Use this 25min slot for single appliance installation and small alteration projects.

  • Refundable Credit: This fee is 100% refundable as a credit against physical labour on invoices exceeding our standard 2-hour minimum call-out.
  • Limit: This credit applies to the first (1st) assessment only. Subsequent scoping sessions for the same project are non-refundable.
  • No Gas/LPG advice or work.


A minimum of 7 days' notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.
