I'll ask about your current Medicare situation (Parts A and B), your doctors, your prescriptions, and any employer or retiree coverage in the picture. I'll point you at our homework worksheet so you can fill in the specifics in your own time.

If we're a fit, we'll schedule a longer in-home appointment together at the end of this call.

No carrier names or plan recommendations on this call — that comes later, when we're actually picking a plan together. The call is free, and your plan premium is identical whether you enroll through us or direct from a carrier (carriers pay our commission, not you).

Schedule this *after* we've had our 15-minute discovery call — that's where we figure out whether the in-home appointment is the right next step.

Please have your homework worksheet filled out before I arrive. Bring: your Medicare card (if you have one), a list of your current doctors, a list of every medication with dosages, your spouse's employer plan summary (if applicable), and your last two years of tax returns (for the IRMAA tier check).

This is the working session where we pick a plan together. Plan to spend 60–90 minutes — sometimes shorter, sometimes longer depending on your situation. No charge, no obligation.
