Andy Cars

After founding five companies, Andy shifted his focus to a career dedicated to helping other entrepreneurs succeed.

Andy has coached and mentored more than 200 startup teams and has written and taught extensively about entrepreneurship. For example, he co-authored The Real Startup Book and ISO 56002:2019 (the world's first global standard and management system for innovation).

Besides supporting startups, Andy has extensive experience advising large corporations such as H&M, Essity, SMHI, and Tieto on designing their innovation strategies and coaching their intrapreneurs.

He currently serves as a jury member for the European Innovation Council, where he evaluates, selects, and allocates funding for deep tech startups. He also serves as a startup investor and board member.

He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the European University Business School.
