- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address), `investment-timing` (EQUITY is a $7,500 to $12,000 investment, with monthly payment options. When are you in a position to make this investment?), `six-month-goal` (What's the one thing you want to be different in your career, business or wealth six months from now?)
- Optional fields: `attendeePhoneNumber` (Phone number), `smsReminderNumber` (Phone number (Text notifications)), `notes` (Additional notes), `guests` (Add guests)
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
- `lengthInMinutes` picks one of 20, 30; pass the same value to the slots request as `duration`.
