Authentic anger is a quality of life-force energy that can support us in many ways such as awakening courage, moving us out of freeze states, completing trauma loops of past abuse, transforming anxiety, and supporting deep self-reclamation.

This understanding of anger is very different from the way many women have been conditioned to experience or interpret anger. As a culture, much of what we call “anger” is not actually anger at all.
