I spent 25+ years as an HR executive before I brought that experience home to build Triple C Company - running the people function for a global law firm, leading US HR for a multi-billion-dollar investment firm, and everything in between. I'm an MBA, a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, and a certified Executive Coach, and I still do the work I built my career on: conducting workplace investigations, advising leadership teams through their hardest people problems, and coaching executives and small business owners through the moments that actually test them. I've partnered with firms like Korn Ferry on large-scale organizational projects, and I currently teach the next generation of business leaders at Minnesota North.
