Michelle Garramone is the founder of Mishi Records and co-creator of Take It From The Top, a strategy & mentorship program for independent artists. With over 15 years of experience in artist management and label operations, her journey began by helping a friend sell out an album release show—sparking a career dedicated to blending creativity, strategy, and wellness. Michelle holds a Master’s in Counseling and brings a holistic, mindset-driven as well as tactical and practical approach to music business coaching, helping artists get organized.
