60 min meeting with Michelle Kubasek over Cal Video. Learning to show up honestly in relationship and speak from your own center. Practices in honest expression, boundaries, and nervous system regulation in the presence of others, so your relationships become a place to come home rather than a place to perform. Includes honest expression and deep listening, boundaries from the body not the mind, regulation in the presence of others, and relating as a practice of embodiment.Taxes and service fees are included in the price.Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Packages and programs are billed as a whole and must be paid in full before the first session unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing; payment plans must be kept current to continue services. Fees are non-transferable. Taxes and service fees are included in the price. Cancelled sessions are refunded at 50% of the purchase price. No-shows and sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full and are not refundable or transferable. Unused sessions in a package are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Programs and courses are non-refundable once begun.
