Grounded in lived experience, clinical training as a Registered Dietitian, and deep somatic work, bringing an understanding of how your nervous system and inner world shape how you eat. Includes integrated nutrition 1:1, establishing a relationship with the body, mindset and pattern work, and somatic awareness with nutrition. Minimum one month commitment. Taxes and service fees are included in the price. ** if you have insurance, please mention it in the notes ** Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Packages and programs are billed as a whole and must be paid in full before the first session unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing; payment plans must be kept current to continue services. Fees are non-transferable. Taxes and service fees are included in the price. Cancelled sessions are refunded at 50% of the purchase price. No-shows and sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full and are not refundable or transferable. Unused sessions in a package are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Programs and courses are non-refundable once begun.
