One-on-One (Virtual 60min)
60 min meeting with Mike Grimm over Zoom Video. This is for your One-on-One 60min video call with me where we will re-assess your goals, go over your alignment assessments, and/or go through a full workout to review exercise form. If planning to workout, please have your exercise space ready and your camera in a position where I will be able to see your whole body with the exercises. Must cancel 1 day before to receive full refund. By scheduling you are agreeing to my Liability Waiver and Service Agreement.
