All sessions are booked in advance. IN-PERSON & VIRTUAL sessions have different availability. All available IN-PERSON sessions appear in this scheduling tool and are designated in the St. Louis-West County area (unless otherwise agreed upon). All VIRTUAL options are available worldwide.

Cancellations/Missed Appointments:
If you cancel a session with less than 48 hours notice or miss your appointment, you will be charged for the session.

Confidentiality and privacy:
I maintain the confidentiality of all knowledge and information concerning my clients. I don't tell anyone that you are my client. I may disclose information only when required by law or when authorized by those responsible for the client’s care.

All session pricing reflects credit card processing fees (2.9%). Cash price scheduling can be arranged in advance by reaching out via email ([email protected]).

Choose this VIRTUAL HYPNOSIS option for your initial session, or if you are returning to work on a new goal/objective.

How to Prepare

Before your session

  • Choose your space:
    • Quiet, private room where you won’t be interrupted.
    • No driving and no public spaces (coffee shops, airports, etc.).
  • Comfort:
    • A supportive chair, sofa, or bed where you can sit back or recline.
    • Optional: light blanket or pillow; tissues and water nearby.
  • Technology:
    • Stable internet connection (ideally near your router or using Ethernet).
    • Laptop or tablet preferred; phone is okay if it can stay stable and hands-free.
    • Test your camera, microphone, and speakers/headphones before we meet.
  • Minimize distractions:
    • Silence phone notifications and other devices.
    • Close unrelated apps and browser tabs.
    • Let others in your home know you’re in a private session.

During the session

  • Position your camera so I can see your face and upper body, even with your eyes closed.
  • Use earbuds or headphones if possible for better sound and privacy.
  • Keep your feet and hands comfortably supported so your body doesn’t need to “hold tension.”
  • If you need to adjust, cough, or move, that’s okay—just do it gently and let yourself settle again.

If we lose connection

  • If video or audio cuts out, simply stay calm and breathe.
  • If we don’t reconnect within about 5–10 minutes:
    • Gently open your eyes, stretch, and hydrate.
    • I’ll follow up via phone, text, or email to check in and decide next steps.
