Spiritual Direction Session

1:1 Spiritual Direction includes brief moments of silence; I listen as you talk; reflect what I hear you say and we pay attention to the Spirit's invitations. Contemplative practices offered when interest expressed. Frequency: typically every 4 weeks.

Fee: Sliding scale, $50–$75 per session.

Pre Spiritual Direction. Current Directees book here. Exploratory session is a relaxed, get-to-know-you conversation where we each share a bit about our spiritual journeys, you can ask questions about the director’s approach and what to expect, and see if it feels like a good fit. No cost.
