# Permanent Install: Reserve Your Date ($3,000 lights deposit) with Montana Lights

> Priced your house on our calculator? Lock in your permanent lighting install with a $3,000 deposit that covers the cost of your lights, so we can order them the day you book. We confirm your footage and system before install, then the rest of your 50% deposit is invoiced and the balance is due when your lights are up and working. Posted prices cover rooflines within 20 miles of Missoula that we can reach by ladder. Beyond 20 miles, travel is $1.50 per mile each way, per trip. Roofs steeper than 6/12 that we have to walk add 25% to install labor; 10/12 and steeper, third stories, and anything needing a lift are quoted on site.
